Bill Henagan

Bill Henagan is a Managing Director and Impact Board Member with extensive experience in company governance, technology application, and operations improvement. Currently, Bill serves on the boards of Variable, Inc. and U.S. Kids Golf, while also being the Founder and Managing Director of Blueridge International and Co-Founder of Henagan Spencer Capital Partners. Bill's past roles include various senior positions at Deloitte and CSC/Index, where a focus on enterprise transformation and organizational change was pivotal. Bill's education includes an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Emory University and engineering credentials from Vanderbilt University.
