Corey Mann

Corey Mann has been working in the tech industry since 2009. In 2010, they worked as a Database Technician Intern at Tricycle Inc. where they assisted the senior developer in creating C# applications and created SSRS client interface. Corey also did data mining and intelligence using Report Builder 3. In 2009, they worked as a Computer Teacher in Micronesia, teaching basic computer skills, core computer hardware knowledge, Microsoft Office Suite, Fundamental C++ Programming and then advanced programming with Borland. Corey also maintained Windows Server running Server `03, and managed networks (Cat5). In 2009-2010, they worked as an IT Coordinator at Kentucky-Tennessee Conference where they constructed a commercial website and maintained the website and the social networking aspect for the camp. In 2011, they worked as a Software Developer/Database Technician Intern at Transcard where they managed a helpdesk, maintained C# application, created, maintained, and general maintenance in SQL, and built reports based on user specified requirements. In 2017, they worked as a Business Owner at ChattaBit LLC where they launched and created the first ever Bitcoin in Chattanooga. Corey also created an Limited Liability Company, gathered all appropriate license from state and local authorities, and integrated General Bytes BATM into custom Digital Ocean droplet. From 2012 to 2021, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Variable, Inc. where they managed the software development cycle on numerous cross platform related projects, was responsible for the color muse app, branded and skinned apps, and library integrations. Corey also managed and created back end servers in various languages such as GOlang, Ruby on Rails, and Python. Currently, they are the Owner and Brand and Marketing Manager at Ryan's Pepperworks where they commercialize local product from Ryan and manages sales, branding, and marketing of Ryan's Pepperworks.

Corey Mann attended Southern Adventist University from 2007 to 2010, studying Computer Systems Administrator. Corey then attended The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science Information Security and Assurance.
