Linn Sandvik

Linn Sandvik's work experience includes a variety of roles and positions. Linn is currently a volunteer at ODA - Women in Tech Network, where they participate in mentorship programs. Linn is also the Chief Executive Officer of Variant Oslo, a position they have held since May 2021. Previously, Linn was a board member and the Chief Executive Officer of Young Happy Minds - hack your happiness! from January 2020 to May 2021.

Prior to their current roles, Linn worked at DNB as the SVP IT Retail Banking from January 2019 to January 2020, and as an IT and Operations Consultant from April 2016 to January 2019. Linn also served as a board member at Din Utvikling Consulting AS from August 2013 to August 2018.

From June 2012 to April 2016, Linn was the HR, Compliance, Quality, and Administration Manager at DNB Eiendom. Before that, they worked at Humankapitalgruppen as the COO from September 2012 to January 2014, and as a board member from January 2011 to January 2014.

Linn started their career at DnB NOR as the Business Support and Quality Manager from March 2010 to August 2011, and as the Marketing Manager from January 2008 to March 2010. Linn began their professional journey as a Legal Case Handler at JURK from August 2004 to October 2005.

Linn Sandvik attended the University of Oslo (UiO) from 2002 to 2007, where they pursued a Master's degree in Law (Master i rettsvitenskap).
