Den Ilin is an experienced full-stack product engineer and tech/team lead, currently serving as the Head of Development at Variant Group. With a background in both development and product management, Den has successfully launched new products while developing mature product strategies. They have held positions as Lead Web3 Engineer at Lido Finance and MyNearWallet, where Den led teams in innovative blockchain solutions. Den holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Southern Federal University and is also a maintainer of the non-profit community RND.JS, organizing IT meetups and open-source initiatives.
