Tom Dils

Thomas Dils currently serves as Chief of Staff and Director of Operations at Variant since September 2022. Prior to this role, Thomas worked as a Senior Associate at HarbourVest Partners from August 2019 to September 2022 and as an Investment Analyst at Landmark Management, Inc. from August 2017 to July 2019. Thomas also led a German Exchange Trip for Camp Dudley in June 2017 and gained project management experience as a Project Management Intern at Union Street Media from April 2016 to May 2017. Additionally, Thomas contributed as a Peer Writing Tutor at the Middlebury College Center for Teaching, Learning, and Research while completing a Bachelor of Arts in English Language & Literature with a minor in Global Health at Middlebury College from 2013 to 2017. Thomas has an extensive background in leadership at Camp Dudley, where participation spanned 11 consecutive summers in various roles, including Division Head.
