Alex Bray has gained extensive experience in recruitment consulting, working with various companies in different industries. Since 2021, Bray has worked as a Sr. Operations Associate & Recruiting Consultant at the Vacaré Group, where they focus on recruiting top-notch talent and improving recruitment processes. In the same year, Bray also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Building36 Technologies, assisting HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trade companies in delivering smart home solutions.

In 2022, Bray took on the role of a Recruiting Consultant at Alarm.com, a leading platform for intelligently connected properties. They then joined SparkCharge, a company dedicated to making electric vehicle charging mobile and convenient, in the same year as a Recruitment Consultant.
