Brooks Martin

Brooks Martin is a seasoned leader in design and innovation with extensive experience in resource allocation and design thinking. Currently serving as Managing Director at DesignVariate since April 2021, Martin previously held significant roles such as Head of CX for Project Greenfield and Director of Enterprise Innovation at Fannie Mae from December 2019 to April 2021, and Global Digital Head of UX/Design at Marriott International from January 2014 to December 2019. In the latter position, Martin led a team focused on enhancing digital guest experiences for over 6700 hotels worldwide. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Partnerships at Rosetta and advising the startup Freeformers from January 2012 to December 2014. Martin holds a Director Development Program degree from the MIT Sloan School of Management and studied at the California Institute of the Arts.
