Alison Whyte

Alison Whyte, MBA, PMP, is the Director of Services Operations at Varicent, a position they have held since 2020. Previously, they contributed to BMO Financial Group as a Programmer Analyst, where they developed management information solutions and conducted competitive analyses. Alison also worked at Clarity Systems as a Senior Consultant, documenting technical requirements and fostering client relationships, and served as a Project Manager at IBM Canada - Business Analytics, overseeing project activities and managing team dynamics. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Mathematics in Computer Science with a minor in Psychology at the University of Waterloo.
