Dr. Ababei Rodica is currently the CTO at Varioprint AG, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as Head of Section Process Engineering at GS Swiss PCB AG from 2017 to 2022, and worked as a Lab Manager at Schoeller Electronics from 2014 to 2016. Dr. Ababei completed their PhD research at CRPP-ICMCB, CNRS, Universite Bordeaux 1 from 2007 to 2011, following a Master of Science in Chemistry and Biology from USM Republic of Moldova from 2001 to 2007. They began their research career as a laboratory assistant on a NATO project in 2006.
