Sharon Badelek

Sharon Badelek has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Sharon began their career as a Financial Controller at Crampin & Pring Architects in 1992. Sharon then worked for ITV as a Group Chief Accountant from 1995 to 2002. Following this, they served as the Group Financial Controller at Virgin Active from 2002 to 2005. From 2005 to 2014, they held the position of Group Finance Director at Vue Entertainment. Sharon then became the CFO at Westpoint Veterinary Group from 2014 to 2016. Sharon Badelek then transitioned to the role of CEO at Novus Leisure from 2016 to 2020. Sharon subsequently worked as the CFO at Inspired Villages from 2020 to 2021, at RedCat Pub Group from 2021 to 2022, at Whyte Bikes Limited from 2022 to 2023, and is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Various Eateries PLC from 2023 onwards.
