Farid E. is a seasoned engineer with extensive expertise in calibration and electronics engineering. Currently serving as the Lead Calibration Engineer and previously as the Color Calibration Engineer at Varjo since March 2022, Farid has demonstrated significant contributions to the field. Prior experience includes a role as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Aalto University from June 2020 to March 2022 and completing a PhD Candidate position at Politecnico di Torino from October 2016 to May 2020. Farid holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Electronics Engineering from Politecnico di Torino and has attained both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from The American University in Cairo.
