Nick Williams is a Senior Director at Varjo, specializing in Defence and Aerospace sales, where they focus on the integration of next-generation XR technology into mission-critical training and simulation. With over a decade of experience, their background includes positions in Joint Fires, JTAC training, and mobile and fixed simulation systems. Previously, Nick contributed to GAL as a Close Air Support Training and Capability Development Specialist and served as a Principal Consultant at BLACKCAT Defence Consulting UK Ltd. They began their military career with the British Army, where they managed JTAC training and operations.
