Rainer Sternfeld

Rainer Sternfeld is a highly experienced professional with a focus on venture capital, technology, and engineering. As the Managing Partner at NordicNinja VC since September 2019, Rainer leads a founder-led venture capital firm known for its deep engineering expertise and largest Japanese backing in Europe. Alongside this role, Rainer co-founded kood/Jõhvi, an international coding school in Estonia, in August 2019, aimed at adult self-development and retraining. Rainer also serves on the Board of Directors for VSPARTICLE, provides insights as a Board Member for companies such as LiveEO, Arbonics, Varjo, Mavenoid, and Ridango, and has made investments in Veriff and Ready Player Me. Academically, Rainer holds an MSc in Mechatronics and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, along with a prestigious high school diploma.
