Andrei I. possesses extensive experience in technical support and IT management, currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer L3 at Varonis since April 2020. Prior to this role, Andrei worked at SonicWall Inc. as an Enterprise Tech Support Sr. Analyst for three years and held the position of IT Technical Manager at Softcom Informatica, S.L. for nearly a decade, where Andrei led a team of engineers and developed crucial network documentation. Earlier career roles include Microsoft System Administrator, providing end-user support, and Sysadmin & Network Administrator at UM Plopeni, managing local network administration and diagnosing complex network issues. Andrei earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the National Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest from 1995 to 1999.
