Additionally, Assaf worked as a Senior System Architect at Teva Pharmaceuticals from August 2011 to March 2014, and held engineering positions at Migdal Group and Ofek 324 Unit - IAF from 2006 to 2011. Assaf holds a B.A. in Business Management with Business Law from The Open University of Israel, obtained between 2012 and 2017.
