Ben Heacox currently serves as a Business Operations Analyst at Varonis since May 2022 and has held various roles including Federal Sales Development Representative for the Department of Defense and Territory Development Representative for Georgia. In the realm of baseball coaching, Ben is the Head Baseball Coach at DPC Baseball since January 2025 and has previously worked as the Head Pitching Coach and 14u Futures & 15u Head Coach at SBA NC EAST. Additional coaching experience includes leading NW Elite teams in Wake County. Ben's professional background also encompasses roles in admissions and mentorship at William Peace University, a financial services internship at MassMutual, and customer service leadership at Wegmans Food Markets. Ben earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pre-Law Studies from William Peace University from 2019 to 2022.
