Dana Shahar

Dana Shahar-Gara is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as CHRO at Varonis since May 2013, where responsibilities have included overseeing human resources strategies and enhancing performance processes. Previous roles at Varonis as VP of Human Resources and Director of Human Capital focused on aligning HR practices with business objectives, building managerial training plans, and managing the employee life cycle. Prior to Varonis, Dana founded InToto Solutions, a consulting firm in human resources, and held leadership positions at RADCOM as VP of Human Resources and HR Director. Dana’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Social Psychology from Bar-Ilan University and coursework at NYU Stern School of Business.
