Derek Garman

Derek Garman has a diverse work experience. Derek started their career as an Assistant Brewer at Olde Mecklenburg Brewery in 2011 and worked there until 2012. Derek then joined Huske Hardware House as an Assistant Brewmaster from 2012 to 2014. After that, they moved to Fortnight Brewing where they worked as a Head Brewer from 2014 to 2018. Currently, they are employed at Varonis starting from 2018. At Varonis, they initially worked as a Technical Support Engineer from 2018 to 2020 and then progressed to the role of a Technical Support Team Lead in October 2020.

From 2002 to 2008, Derek Garman attended Appalachian State University, where they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
