Eric Saraga

Eric Saraga is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in security research and incident response. Currently serving as the Security Research Team Leader at Varonis since June 2017, Eric has a strong background in establishing and leading advanced response teams, as well as implementing Security Operations Center (SOC) capabilities. Previously, Eric worked as an Information Security Consultant at Comsec and served as a Cyber Specialist in the Israel Defense Forces. With a deep knowledge of network and host forensics, malware analysis, pen testing, and network security tools, Eric is proficient in various programming languages including Python and Perl. Educationally, Eric holds a high school degree from Ironi D, focusing on biology.
