Gul Kanarek

Gul Kanarek is a seasoned Quality Assurance Engineer and Quality Facilitator at Varonis since January 2018, previously serving as the Global IT Quality & Compliance Infrastructure Lead at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. from 2011 to early 2018, where Gul managed a team of five qualification and validation experts. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Consultant in Technology Consulting at Accenture from September 2007 to October 2010, overseeing IT infrastructure and information security projects, managing vendor relationships, and contributing to the deployment of global identity solutions. Gul held the position of Manager: IT Projects and Junior Architect at UTi Integrated Logistics from May 2005 to August 2007, where responsibilities included leading IT projects and ensuring WAN/LAN security. Additionally, Gul served as Chairperson for the South African Union of Jewish Students at the University of Johannesburg from January 2003 to February 2005. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Information Technology from Bond University and a BSc Honours in Computer Science from the University of Johannesburg.
