Guy Melamed

Guy Melamed has extensive experience in finance and operations within the technology sector, currently serving as Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Varonis since July 2011, where prior roles included VP Finance and Director of Finance. Before Varonis, Guy Melamed worked at Ernst & Young from January 2008 to June 2011 as a Manager, overseeing audits for NASDAQ-listed high-tech firms and collaborating with senior management for annual report completions. Earlier experience includes a role as an Associate at KPMG from August 2006 to December 2007, where Guy Melamed designed audit procedures and evaluated internal control frameworks, and a summer internship at KPMG in 2004 focused on quarter-end and year-end audits. Guy Melamed holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Boston College Carroll School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Boston College.
