Ilan Caner

Ilan Caner has over two decades of experience in project management across various industries, currently serving as R&D and Security Project Manager at Varonis since February 2018, where responsibilities include managing R&D and cross-company security projects and handling security certification for PCI compliance, ISO 27001, and NIAP. Prior to this role, Ilan was self-employed as a project consultant focusing on Agile implementation and managed an eLearning project for nuclear site security. Ilan's career at AT&T spanned eight years, where roles included Senior Project Manager for video conferencing and leading a team of project managers for multiple projects. Earlier experiences include leadership positions at Interwise, Check Point Software Technologies, and NetManage Inc., where Ilan demonstrated expertise in software development and project execution. Ilan holds a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology from Bar-Ilan University.
