Ilana Berman - Nir

Ilana Berman - Nir is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in labor and employment law. Currently serving as Data Protection Officer and Senior Legal Counsel at Varonis since May 2016, Ilana has held multiple roles including Senior Legal Counsel and Employment Legal Counsel. Prior to Varonis, Ilana worked at Herzog, Fox & Neeman from July 2008 to May 2016 as an Advocate specializing in labor and employment law. Ilana began the legal career at Eliyahu Bentovim, Law Office as a Pre Intern and Intern from November 2006 to February 2008. Ilana holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Commercial Law from Tel Aviv University (2011-2013) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem (2003-2007).
