Jonathan Pistilli

Jonathan Pistilli is a seasoned professional in customer success and data governance with extensive experience at Varonis since June 2015. Initially serving as a Senior Data Governance Engineer, Jonathan progressed to hold various leadership positions, including VP of Customer Success, where responsibilities involved leading the North American Customer Success team, developing standard practices, and managing team recruitment and training. Jonathan played a pivotal role in enhancing client value through product resources and established the standardized Quarterly Business Review template utilized across account teams. Prior to Varonis, Jonathan held the position of Resident Assistant at Marist College and earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Marist University.
