Liat Pen

Liat Pen has a strong background in software engineering and quality assurance. They started their career as a QA Engineer at Flash Networks, where they focused on video streaming protocols and executed a variety of tests. Liat then moved on to become a Software Quality Assurance Team Lead at Varonis, where they led the testing process for the DatAnywhere product and improved engineering processes. They later transitioned to the role of Scrum Master & Software Engineer, leading a project to detach logic from the main enterprise product. Currently, Liat is working as a Software Engineer Team Lead at Varonis, leading a team of developers and developing features for big data, with a focus on data classification engines and compliance regulations. Prior to their industry experience, Liat served in the Israeli Intelligence Corps as part of the Israel Defense Forces.

Liat Pen attended The College of Management Academic Studies from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSC) degree in Computer Science.
