Lielle Nativ

Lielle Nativ is an experienced professional in escalation engineering and program management, currently serving as the Escalation Engineering Program Manager in SRE at Varonis since November 2021. Previously, Lielle worked at Micro Focus as a Product Security GRC Manager, overseeing regulatory compliance efforts across multiple product groups. With a background at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a SaaS Products On-Boarding Lead and Project Manager, Lielle managed the onboarding process for SaaS products from budgeting to launch. Earlier roles include Release Project Manager and Account Manager at SintecMedia, where project management and customer solutions were prioritized, and positions at Pelephone in customer retention and sales. Lielle holds a B.A. in Management of Service Organizations from Jerusalem Multidisciplinary College and is a certified NLP Master Practitioner from Retter College.
