Or Tal is an experienced R&D Team Lead currently at Varonis since April 2024, and previously held the same position at Rivery from October 2021 to March 2024. At Rivery, Or Tal led and mentored backend developers, focusing on high-scale solutions for Big Data challenges involving data transformations and integrations using Python on an AWS cloud-based SaaS platform. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer at DoubleVerify from July 2019 to September 2021, and Taptica from January 2016 to July 2019, where responsibilities included developing real-time web services and server-side projects utilizing various technologies such as C#, Python, and Java. Or Tal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The College of Management Academic Studies, earned between 2013 and 2016.
