Oz Shabtai has extensive experience in various roles within the fields of pricing management, global purchasing, and account management. At Varonis since September 2019, Oz operates as Deal Desk & Pricing Manager, leading the team and partnering with sales to ensure compliance with pricing requests and guidelines. Prior to Varonis, Oz was a Global Purchasing Commodity Manager at Intel Corporation, spearheading global projects and managing international contracts. Experience also includes serving as an Account Manager at Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank, focusing on online account and credit management, as well as leading a team at Bella Terra Cosmetics Group, where responsibilities included training sales personnel and managing marketing initiatives. Oz holds a Master's degree in Information Technology, Data Science from Bar-Ilan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
