Ran Shwartz is a seasoned Test Architect at Varonis, with over a decade of experience in program and release management, specializing in large-scale SaaS and agent platform projects. Previously, Ran held roles as a QA Engineer and Technical Lead at McAfee, and as a Validation Program and Release Manager at SentinelOne, where they successfully reduced content release time from six months to one week. Ran's expertise includes end-to-end program management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration, employing various tools to enhance performance and delivery. They began their career serving as a sys admin in the Israel Defense Forces, where they led a support team managing 1,200 users. Ran holds certifications in computer and information systems security from Ramat Gan College.
