Ron Lavon

Ron Lavon is a skilled quality assurance professional with extensive experience in managing QA teams and leading automation testing projects. Currently, Ron serves as a QA Data professional at Varonis since May 2024. Prior to this role, Ron worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at BUYME Technologies from September 2019 to May 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing the QA team and spearheading automation testing initiatives. Ron also contributed to GROO (Groupon Israel) as the first QA Engineer, establishing QA processes and executing manual code reviews in an Agile setting. Earlier experience includes a role as Customer Manager at Yad2, focusing on manual testing of real estate web pages and managing advertising campaigns, and a position as Security Officer at the Israel Airport Authority, where Ron ensured quality control and provided real-time security oversight.
