Shir Greenstein is currently serving as Legal Counsel at Varonis, a position they have held since 2025. Prior to this role, Shir worked as Legal Counsel at NextSilicon from 2023 to 2024 and as a Legal Associate at Herzog, Fox & Neeman from 2021 to 2023. Shir began their legal career as a Summer Pre-Intern at Naschitz, Brandes, Amir & Co. in 2018 and previously served as an Intelligence Analyst for Israeli Military Intelligence from 2013 to 2015. Shir earned their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Tel Aviv University, graduating in 2020.
