Yael Cogan

Yael Cogan is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as HR & OD Manager and Senior HR Business Partner at Varonis since October 2016, Yael specializes in data security and analytics within the company. Prior experience includes roles as Senior HR Business Partner & Recruiting Manager at Nestlé Nespresso, managing HR issues for Sales and Finance departments, and as HR Leader at Perion, overseeing recruiting and training processes. Earlier experience includes working as HR Partner & Global Planning Specialist at Check Point Software Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed managing HR matters across regions, and starting at Hadassa as an examiner. Yael holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and Government from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
