Yehuda Barak

Yehuda Barak is an experienced audit professional currently serving as Senior Director of Internal Audit at Varonis since March 2017, following roles as Director of Internal Audit and Director of SOX and Compliance. Prior to Varonis, Yehuda worked at PwC from August 2004 to March 2017 as Senior Manager, overseeing global risk-based Internal Audit and SOX projects for companies listed on Nasdaq and stock exchanges in New York and Israel. Yehuda holds a BA in Business Administration from Ruppin Academic Center and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from Ramat Gan College.
