Aalok Roy possesses extensive experience in product development and engineering, having held key positions in various reputed companies. From October 2013 to October 2021, Aalok served as a New Product Development Engineer at RD Electrocircuits Pvt. Ltd., followed by a role as a New Product Development Senior Engineer at UCAL Fuel Systems Ltd. from November 2021 to October 2022. Previous experience includes a brief tenure as a Trainee Engineer at OSRAM in 2011. Aalok further advanced to the position of Deputy Lead at UNO MINDA Group from November 2022 to November 2023, and is currently engaged as a Purchase Lead at Varroc since February 2024. Aalok holds a B.TECH degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak, completed in 2013, along with prior secondary education from Savita Modern School and Jp Jain Senior Secondary School.
