Ajinkya Karale

Ajinkya Karale is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on research and development in the mechanical engineering field. Currently serving as Lead CoC Engineer CAE at Varroc since June 2019, Ajinkya leads a team of CAE engineers, building on prior experience as a Research and Development Specialist. Previous roles include Product Validation Engineer at Kalyani Studio and CAE Engineer at Three D Magic Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd., specializing in various analyses such as static structural, dynamic, and fatigue, as well as new product development processes. Earlier career positions included R&D Engineer roles at Galaxy Machinery Pvt. Ltd. and Vision Group of Industries, engaging in design calculations, engineering components, market research, and analysis. Ajinkya holds a Master’s degree in Machine Design and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shivaji University.
