Akash Deep

Akash Deep has a strong background in manufacturing operations and management, currently serving as Cluster Head - AVP Manufacturing Operations at Varroc since December 2023, leading multiple plants with an emphasis on smart factory transformations and profitability. Previously, Akash held the position of General Manager – Plant Head at Samsung India Electronics Limited for over 16 years, overseeing the refrigerator plant's end-to-end operations and P&L accountability. Additional experience includes roles as Sr Manager – Production Head and Manager – Refrigerator Assembly Lines at Samsung, and earlier positions at India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd., Motherson Sumi Systems Limited, and Punjab Bevel Gears Limited, where Akash focused on production efficiency, workforce management, and process optimization. Akash holds a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Technical University.
