Amit Pant is a seasoned professional with over 27 years of experience in R&D, NPD, business development, tooling, and operations. Currently serving as the Cluster Head (R&D) at Varroc Polymers, Amit oversees product design, development, validation, and successful launch. Previously, Amit held leadership roles in engineering and design at Sandhar Technologies Limited, Minda Huf Ltd., and other prominent companies, contributing significantly to the development of advanced automotive components. Amit earned an Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, and an MBA in Operation Management.
