Jacky Hwa

Jacky Hwa is an accomplished Senior Sales Director with extensive experience in the automotive and technology industries across the Asia Pacific region. Currently at Varroc since July 2022, Jacky has previously held senior roles at Baidu Apollo and Aptiv, where responsibilities included regional sales leadership and key account management. Jacky’s career began at Delphi Automotive in 2017, following a tenure at Continental as a BU Sales Manager focused on major automotive clients. Earlier experience includes a Sales Manager position at Hanwha Group, developing new business with Chinese OEMs, and leading the marketing and sales team at Shanghai First Plastic & Rubber Co., Ltd. Jacky Hwa holds an MBA from BI Norwegian Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Fudan University, along with specialized courses in design thinking and global economy from renowned institutions.
