Kapil Agrawal

Kapil Agrawal has a diverse work experience in supply chain management and logistics. Kapil currently serves as the Head of Materials-BU, Purchasing, and Logistics at Varroc, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the General Manager of Sales, Leasing, 3PL, and Warehousing at Avigna Group from 2021 to 2022. Kapil also held the position of Director of Supply Chain Management and Logistics at Faarms from 2020 to 2021, where they were responsible for managing the company's overall supply chain strategy and operations. Before that, Kapil worked at Bosch for several years, initially as the Senior Manager of Supply Chain Management from 2013 to 2020, and previously in various managerial roles in material planning, procurement, and purchasing from 2000 to 2012. Throughout their career, Kapil has demonstrated expertise in driving sales, developing business, improving process efficiency, and building strong relationships with vendors and distributors.

Kapil Agrawal completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree from Malviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT, Jaipur) from 1994 to 1998. In 2020, they obtained a Business Analyst Certification from Great Lakes Institute of Management, completing the Business Analytics program.
