Linta John is currently a Lead HR at Varroc, specializing in HR business partnering for central functions in the operations vertical. Linta's prior experience includes positions as a summer intern at Citi and fieldwork intern at Pfizer, Tata Consumer Products, and Raymond Consumer Care. Linta holds a Bachelor of Technology in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from NSS College of Engineering and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, set to conclude in 2024.
