Manoj Dhar is currently the Chief Internal Auditor and Chief Risk Officer at Varroc Group, where they are responsible for developing and implementing structured audit processes across manufacturing locations and corporate functions globally. With over 18 years of experience, Manoj has held key positions in internal audit and risk management, including roles at Orient Electric, Benetton India, and ACC Limited. They are a Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Fraud Examiner, and Certified Information Systems Auditor, with a strong focus on areas such as risk-based auditing, compliance, and data analytics. Manoj graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from Delhi University and has additional qualifications in internal audits from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
