Milind Kulkarni currently serves as the Head of MP&L at Varroc since April 2023. Previously, Milind held the position of Senior Manager in Supply Chain Management at Eaton Industrial Systems Pvt. Ltd. from May 2010 to June 2022, where significant achievements included consistently attaining Level A in MMOG of Ford and achieving "Performing" status in MMA for five consecutive years. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Manager in the Supply Chain Management Group at Tata AutoComp Systems Ltd. and as Manager at Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd. Milind holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, completed in December 1991.
