Nitin Patil

Nitin Patil is an experienced manufacturing professional currently serving as the Head of Manufacturing Engineering at Varroc since August 2022. Previously, Nitin held the position of General Manager Operations at ADM Group, overseeing plant operations and managing profit margins. Nitin's career includes significant roles at Plastic Omnium as Senior Manager for SILS operations, Sogefi Group as Manager of Manufacturing & Supply Chain, and Vishay Intertechnology as Production Leader. Early experience includes managing production activities as a Shift Engineer at Amcor and progressing from Trainee Engineer to Production Engineer at Propack. Nitin holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Institute of Advanced Studies in Education and a PGDBM in Operations Management from ICFAI University, along with Six Sigma Green and Black Belt certifications.
