Rajeev Randive (PMP)® is a seasoned Program Management Leader in the automotive sector, with over 18 years of experience in delivering programs across OEM and Tier 1 environments. Currently serving as the Manager of Program Management at Lear Corporation, they spearhead the end-to-end strategy and execution for automotive seating systems. Rajeev holds an MBA in Finance and a PMP certification, allowing them to blend strategic insights with business practices effectively. Previously, they have held leadership roles at Tata Motors, Varroc, GKN Automotive, and Adient, where they consistently ensured project excellence through collaboration, risk management, and optimization. Rajeev obtained their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from D.Y. Patil College of Engineering.
