Rajesh Shinde

Rajesh Shinde has a diverse work experience in various industries. Rajesh currently works as the Head of Operations Heat treatment & Metallurgy Lab at Varroc Engineering, where they are responsible for resource planning and management, as well as implementing improvement systems to drive a culture of continuous improvement. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Plant Metallurgist at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., FES, and as a Quality Assurance Manager at TAFE - Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited. Rajesh also has experience at Mahindra Rise, where they served as a Deputy Manager in Material Engineering, overseeing supplier quality control, plant material QA/lab, and supplier audits. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Sr. Engineer at Essar Steel and as a GET at Bosch India. Overall, Rajesh has a strong background in operations, quality control, and materials engineering.

Rajesh Shinde completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Metallurgical Engineering from COEP Technological University in the years 2001 to 2005. Rajesh also obtained a PGPMS degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Welingkar Institute of Management in the years 2012 to 2013. Additionally, they achieved certifications as a Lead Auditor from TUV IRCA and as a corrosion manager from the Confederation of Indian Industry.
