Ravichandra T, Ph.D., possesses extensive experience in human resources, having held significant leadership roles in various reputable organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Varroc, Ravichandra previously worked at 3M as General Manager and HRBP, as well as Deputy General Manager of Human Resources. Additional roles include HRBP for HQ Supply Chain, Senior Manager of HR, and Human Resources Manager at PepsiCo, along with a tenure as Human Resources Manager at Avery Dennison and Assistant Manager of HR at Panduit. Ravichandra holds an Executive Program in Strategic Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration and Management from Shivaji University.
