Satish Mande

Satish Mande currently serves as the Group Employee Relations Head at Varroc Group since March 2015, where responsibilities include designing and monitoring employee relations strategies across 21 plants and managing the Varroc Academy for workforce technical learning. Previously, Satish held roles such as Head of HR/ER & People Excellence at Endurance Technologies Pvt Ltd, where the HR portfolio was expanded for the entire group and organizational values were established, and Associate Vice President of HR & ADMIN at Kenersys India. Satish has also contributed to HR leadership at Piaggio, Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, and Endurance Technologies Pvt Ltd, with a notable focus on HR operations across diverse regions. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Personnel Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Higher Secondary Certificate in Science.
