Shivashankar Hiremath

Shivashankar Hiremath is a mechanical engineering professional with extensive experience in the electric vehicle sector. They served as a Design Engineer at SEG Automotive, focusing on the design and development of low-voltage permanent magnet traction motors for EV applications. Prior to this, Shivashankar worked as a Junior Research Fellow at the Centre for System Design, collaborating with Aditya Auto Products on Switched Reluctance Motors. They also held the position of Deputy Manager - EV R&D at GPP Ghaziabad Precision Products, where they conducted testing and validation for electric three-wheeler applications. Currently, Shivashankar works as a Lead Mechanical Engineer at Varroc and has pursued advanced studies with an M.Tech in Machine Design from Basaveshwar Engineering College.
