Suman Manna

Suman Manna is a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer with expertise in electrical, electronic, and automotive lighting products, including two-wheeled, three-wheeled, four-wheeled, and electric vehicles. With a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and over three years of experience, Suman has a strong background in process quality, new product development, and quality documentation. Currently at Varroc, Suman is responsible for ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards while implementing CAPA for complaints and collaborating with cross-functional teams to reduce rejection and scrap costs. Previously, Suman has held roles at Motherson Group, Indorama Eleme Fertilizers and Chemical Limited, and Ramky Enviro Engineers Ltd.
