Arsh Sinha has over a decade of experience in the automotive sector, specializing in quality management and powertrain development. They began their career as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Tata Hitachi from 2005 to 2010, before advancing to Vendor Development Manager at Escorts Construction Equipment Ltd from 2010 to 2014. Arsh then served as Team Lead for engine and powertrain development at Honda Cars India from 2014 to 2021, followed by a role as Sourcing & Development Manager for EV at Switch Mobility in 2021-2022. Currently, they hold the position of Quality Head for New Product Development in the Electric & Electronics business at Varroc.

The Pune office focuses on engineering, production, and supply chain management, supporting product development and quality assurance.
